This 42-year-old patient had two children. While pregnant, she had gained a large amount of weight, then subsequently lost that weight on her own, through diet and exercise.
Still, several areas of stubborn fat deposits on her flanks and abdomen continued to trouble her. And at the same time, she was hoping to increase the size of her buttocks, making it rounder and fuller. Though she had tried, she was unable to remove the last bit of unwanted fat on her abdomen and flanks through diet and exercise alone.
Ultimately, we decided to perform liposuction on her flanks and abdomen. Then, the removed fat was processed and reinjected into her buttocks via a Brazilian butt lift.
This ultimately created more fullness and roundness in the patient’s buttocks and hips while slimming her waistline.

This 40-year-old female patient had a history of three pregnancies. At the time of her consultation appointment, she had a considerable amount of excess drooping skin on her abdomen.
She specifically complained that she was unable to lose any weight in her flanks because of the excess skin that she carried. Trouble exercising is common with patients who have loose abdominal skin. She was also unhappy with the amount of stretch marks she had.
We discussed her options for surgery, and ultimately, decided upon an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) along with abdominal muscle plication.

This 49-year-old patient had recently had gastric bypass surgery and lost a subsequent 100 pounds with the procedure. Unfortunately, she was dealing with loose skin as a result.
With a significant weight loss like this, any individual will certainly achieve a brand-new figure. Still, it isn’t without other side effects, one of which is loose skin. Not only that, but the underlying muscles of the abdomen may have also become separated in many cases following significant weight loss. Only a tummy tuck can solve these issues.
This patient decided to undergo both a tummy tuck (also known as abdominoplasty) and abdominal muscle plication.
