Dr. Steinberg and her team are amazing! I had lipo 360 and an implant exchange and I couldn’t be happier with my results. She really listens to your concerns, sets realistic expectations and thoroughly explains your options. She doesn’t rush you, answers all your questions and is a perfectionist which leads to amazing results. I wouldn’t trust anyone else in Houston! I recently started Botox with Kacie too. She has such a calming energy as she’s injecting and is also very clear in what to expect, what potential risks may occur and timelines for needing to come back for more. Dr. Steinberg gave me a whole mommy makeover three years ago, and I am happy to report it looks even better now than it did then. The scars have healed to near-invisibility and are completely covered in even the smallest bikini. Her consultation was very thorough and she let me know what to expect from prepping for surgery, the actual surgery day, and the weeks of recovery. I was happy with the pain meds she prescribed, and didn’t feel the need to refill after the first month. Wearing the recovery garments properly helped reduce the pain, and the gabapentin covered the rest. I was so happy with my results that my mom happily gave her a call when she needed her implants replaced. Dr. Steinberg is genuinely one of the most attentive and caring surgeons I’ve encountered. She takes real time with each patient and truly listens; you can tell patient care is her priority. Shadowing Dr. Steinberg was an incredible experience, and one of the biggest things I took away was how much she genuinely cares about her patients. Hands down one of the most attentive and invested doctors I've observed; she listens closely and makes intentional time for every patient to ensure they're getting the best possible care. I wanted to share my honest experience because I think it speaks volumes about the kind of physician she is, and it shaped how I think about practicing medicine myself. From the consultations I observed, Dr. Steinberg was consistently professional, thorough, and respectful with every patient. She took the time to walk patients through their procedures, set realistic expectations, and answer every question in detail. I never once saw a patient get rushed or talked over and she was clear and confident while making sure patients understood both the benefits and the limitations of their options, so they could make truly informed decisions. That same level of care extended to her staff. I saw firsthand how organized scheduling, pre-op communication, and follow-up were handled patients' questions never went unanswered for long. Watching the coordination between surgical prep and post-op care gave me a real appreciation for how much structure goes into a smooth patient experience. I also got to see her follow-up process, where she and her team checked in to make sure patients were healing well and that any concerns were addressed quickly. It was clear patients felt supported at every stage, not just during the procedure itself. Shadowing her gave me a clear picture of what excellent, patient-centered care looks like in practice. Great experience is an understatement! Dr. Ashley is the most knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy doctor I could have asked for! I did my research and I’m so thankful I went to see her. About 15 years ago, as part of my treatment for prostate cancer, I underwent a radical prostatectomy. The surgery and recovery were difficult, and as a result, I experienced penile tissue damage and subsequent testicular atrophy. I was recently referred to Dr. Ashley Steinberg by a trusted healthcare professional, and from the very first consultation, it was clear that I was in exceptionally capable and compassionate hands. My experience with Dr. Steinberg and her entire team has been outstanding in every respect. To date, I have undergone one platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatment (commonly referred to as the P-Shot) as well as two Scrotox (scrotal Botox) treatments. These are highly sensitive procedures that involve multiple injections into very delicate areas of the body—something that understandably can create anxiety and hesitation for many patients, myself included. What sets Dr. Steinberg apart is her ability to navigate these sensitivities with both technical excellence and genuine empathy. She communicates clearly, prepares you for what to expect, and proceeds with a level of precision and care that inspires confidence. Just as importantly, she is deeply attentive to patient comfort, taking every possible step to minimize discomfort and ensure that the experience is as pain-free as possible. Her bedside manner is exceptional. She combines professionalism with a reassuring, approachable demeanor—and even a well-timed sense of humor—which helps ease what could otherwise be an uncomfortable or stressful situation. That human touch makes a meaningful difference. During my initial consultation, she took the time to answer every question thoroughly and worked collaboratively with me to develop a treatment plan tailored to my specific needs and goals. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or uncertain—only supported and well cared for. I cannot recommend Dr. Steinberg highly enough. For any man—especially those who have undergone prostate surgery and are dealing with similar challenges—seeking out a specialist in this area can feel daunting. I had a very positive experience with Dr. Steinberg and her team, and I feel it’s important to share it for anyone doing their research. From my first visit, Dr. Steinberg was professional, thorough, and respectful. She took time to explain the procedure, discuss realistic outcomes, and answer all of my questions in detail. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or talked over. On the contrary, she was clear, confident, and made sure I understood both the benefits and limitations so I could make an informed decision. The office staff was responsive and helpful throughout the process. Scheduling, and pre-operative instructions were communicated clearly, and whenever I had questions, someone followed up with me. Surgery preparation and post-operative care were well organized, and I was given clear instructions for recovery and wound care. After surgery, Dr. Steinberg and her team checked in to make sure I was healing properly and that my concerns were addressed. I felt supported before, during, and after the procedure. My results aligned with what was discussed in advance, and I am very happy with the outcome. Surgery is a highly personal decision, and experiences can vary, but in my case, Dr. Steinberg demonstrated expertise, professionalism, and genuine care. I felt listened to, respected, and confident in her medical judgment. I recently had a tummy tuck, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience. From start to finish, Dr. Steinberg was absolutely amazing. She never made me feel like I was “just a patient” sitting across from a doctor—instead, she made me feel comfortable, heard, and truly cared for, almost like talking with a trusted friend. Every step of the process was explained clearly, and her bedside manner put me completely at ease. Even just one week post-op, my results are already more than I could have ever asked for.
