This 30-year-old female patient came to her consultation appointment with complaints of general discomfort in her clothing and difficulty exercising because of the size of her breasts.

These are common complaints among women with large breasts. Clothing can be difficult to fit into comfortably and exercising for general health or weight loss is prohibitive. Skin rashes and back and neck pain may also be problems.

This patient started out as a DD cup and wanted to go down to a full C cup breast size. After talking about the various options available to her, we decided to perform breast reduction surgery using a bilateral wise pattern procedure.

This 38-year-old mother of one child was struggling with excessively large breasts. She sought information about breast reduction surgery at her consultation.

Her main complaint was neck and back pain due to the size of her breasts. She particularly had discomfort from bras digging into her shoulders and had a hard time finding comfortable undergarments for that reason.

At her consultation, she had an F cup, and she was hoping to go down to a size C cup. We were able to help her achieve this through bilateral breast reduction surgery.

Height – 5’4 Weight – 151lbs 38F with one child presented with complaints of back and neck pain. She was an F cup breast and had issues finding bras that didn’t dig into her shoulders. She desired a C cup breast. She underwent a bilateral breast reduction.

This 17-year-old female patient was struggling with juvenile breast hypertrophy (overgrowth of the breast tissue in young adults). One of the biggest things holding her back was the inability to comfortably stay fit through exercise as the size of her breasts often left her feeling uncomfortable. She struggled with neck and back pain as well as breast pain.

Starting out as a cup size DD, she ultimately made the decision to go down to a C cup. Through breast reduction surgery, we were able to achieve this. We decided to choose a bilateral procedure for her breast reduction surgery.
