This 30-year-old female patient came to her consultation appointment with complaints of general discomfort in her clothing and difficulty exercising because of the size of her breasts.
These are common complaints among women with large breasts. Clothing can be difficult to fit into comfortably and exercising for general health or weight loss is prohibitive. Skin rashes and back and neck pain may also be problems.
This patient started out as a DD cup and wanted to go down to a full C cup breast size. After talking about the various options available to her, we decided to perform breast reduction surgery using a bilateral wise pattern procedure.
