This 35-year-old female patient had excess fat deposits on her flanks that bothered her. Despite attempting to reduce this area through diet and exercise on her own, she still complained that the stubborn fat was nearly impossible to lose without surgery. This 42-year-old patient had two children. While pregnant, she had gained a large amount of weight, then subsequently lost that weight on her own, through diet and exercise.

Still, several areas of stubborn fat deposits on her flanks and abdomen continued to trouble her. Even with diet and exercise, she was unable to slim these areas. At the same time that she wanted to reduce the excess fat on her flanks and abdomen, she was hoping to increase the size of her buttocks, making it rounder and fuller.

Ultimately, we decided to perform liposuction on her flanks and abdomen. Then, the removed fat was processed and reinjected into her buttocks to create more fullness and roundness.

Liposuction Case #2

Height – 4’9 Weight – 140 42F with two children who incurred significant weight gain with pregnancy. She was able to lose a majority of the weight with diet and exercise, but could not get rid of certain stubborn areas on her abdomen and flanks. She also desired a fuller, rounder buttock. She underwent liposuction of her abdomen and flanks, with fat injection into her buttocks.

This 30-year-old mother of one child was looking to slim her waistline with liposuction. She did not plan to have more children at the time of her surgery.

The patient had a BMI of 26.5. She wanted to achieve a slimmer waistline by removing fat deposits from the front of her abdomen and from her flanks.

Using an abdominal liposuction procedure, abdominal fat was removed from both the upper and lower portions of the front of the patient’s abdomen. Likewise, vaser liposuction was used to slim the patient’s posterior flanks.
