Try Diet And Exercise
Some patients can only reduce the fat under their chin with surgery. But if you aren’t ready for surgery just yet, you also may make an impact by trying diet and exercise.
Some healthy foods to try to reduce the amount of fat in your body are:
- Eating at least four servings of vegetables per day
- Eating at least three servings of fruit per day
- Avoid simple carbohydrates, such as sugar, white flour, white rice, and potatoes
- Eat plenty of lean protein, including fish and chicken
- Consume healthy fats, such as avocados, nuts, and olive oil
- Don’t eat fried foods
- Only eat when you are hungry
To increase fat loss, you should try moderate physical activity for at least 30 to 45 minutes per day. It also helps to lift weights twice per week.
There are many ways you can eliminate a double chin with surgery and other cosmetic procedures. But remember it’s important to reduce the amount of fat in your body with a proper diet and exercise.
