This 24-year-old female patient without children desired larger, fuller breasts as she was unsatisfied with her naturally smaller-sized breasts. At her initial consultation appointment, she shared her aesthetic goals for surgery, and we went over her medical history. She was starting as an A cup and was interested in going up several cup sizes.

After discussing her options, she chose to move up to a round, full C cup using implants. She underwent submuscular breast augmentation with size 350 cc round silicone implants with a high profile. The results look attractive and fit nicely with her slender frame.
