Numerous Hollywood and global celebrities opt for plastic surgery due to the constant pressure to maintain a youthful and attractive appearance. Procedures like eyelid lifts, lipo 360, chin liposuction, and tummy tucks are popular among them, as they strive to look their best.

However, there are instances where plastic surgery goes awry or a celebrity undergoes too many procedures. As a result, some celebrities end up looking absurd with all their plastic surgery. Here are some examples of such celebrities who should have opted for a female plastic surgeon.

LINDA EVANGELISTA Cosmetic surgery

This supermodel was super famous in the early and mid-2000s, but she hasn’t been seen in public since at least 2016.

Unfortunately, she revealed recently that she had CoolSculpting on her face a few years ago and it left her face damaged and unrecognizable. She alleges that the procedure didn’t make her fat cells shrink; it made them increase in size and multiply.

Linda also wrote in a recent Instagram post that her face was ‘brutally disfigured’ by the procedure. It’s known that CoolSculpting can occasionally have this side effect, and it appears to have happened on her face.

JOAN VAN ARK

Joan Van Ark was once one of the most popular soap opera stars, and she was a regular on Dallas and Knots Landing. But she had multiple plastic surgeries that didn’t go well, including:

Laser treatments
Facelift
Brow lift
Cheek implants
Dermal fillers

Unfortunately, a lot of ineffective and too much plastic surgery has left her once-beautiful face almost unrecognizable.

COURTENEY COX

The former Friends star said recently that she regrets some of the plastic surgery she had as she got older to keep up with the Hollywood crowd.

Courteney told the media that she has had some difficulty getting older in the limelight but that she has learned valuable lessons.

While she hasn’t mentioned which procedures she regrets the most, it sounds like she has had too many dermal fillers at times, which gave her face a distorted look.

She has since had all of her fillers dissolved because she reported that she didn’t recognize herself in the mirror.

KATIE PIERCE

Katie, an English TV star, had far too many procedures over 25 years and no longer looks like she did in her 20s. It’s rumored that she has spent into the six figures on breast enlargement, facelifts, Botox, dermal fillers, Brazilian butt lift or butt implants and more.

Katie’s altered appearance shows how important it is for celebrities to make sure they use a skilled, board-certified plastic surgeon. When a celebrity has almost unlimited money, it’s tempting for some surgeons to do far more work that is advisable.

BOBBY NORRIS

Bobby Norris is a popular English TV character best known for his role on The Only Way Is Essex.

It was rumored that he had a botched facelift and chin reduction, but he really had a beard transplant that left his face swollen and puffy. It changed his appearance and made it harder for him to find work in television. He would be considered a celebrity plastic surgery disasters.

MICKEY ROURKE

Mickey Rourke, a popular American actor, decided after a brief boxing career that he needed plastic surgery to restore his former good looks.

That isn’t what happened. Some of the excessive procedures he had include:

Donatella, a famous fashion designer and the sister of late Gianni Versace, is famous for her excessive use of plastic surgery. She has had everything from Botox to laser treatments to facelifts to rhinoplasty.

She has had so much plastic surgery that disfigured her face that there’s little any skilled surgeon can do to fix it.

MELANIE GRIFFITH

Melanie Griffith was famous for many film roles in the 1980s. Now in her 60s, Melanie has had many cosmetic procedures:

She also is rumored to have had bad silicone cheek injections from an unlicensed doctor, which permanently disfigured her face.

Even though many celebrities have had subpar results from inexperienced surgeons, they still try procedures to turn back the clock.
